As was mentioned on the Payment Entry page, there is a way to enter rent payments in batches as well as changes to additional charges and future rents.

Take a look at this Batch Updates screen which is open to the Batch Payment Entries tab:



This allows the entry of tenant payments a building at a time.

There are also tabs for batch entries of Future Rents, Editing Existing Additional Charges, as well as Adding New Additional Charges.
